She has two decades of experience in writing successful federal grants. Through serving as a grants consultant to regional healthcare networks, hospitals, government, and institutions of higher education, she has developed extensive expertise in the challenges of delivering integrated, cost effective care in rapidly changing environments. Her PhD is in Cultural Anthropology with emphasis on Medical Anthropology.
