Fabiola Bernardo

Fabiola Bernardo holds a Master’s Degree in International Development at del Pais Vasco University in Spain and a Master’s Degree in Social Project Management from Pontificia Catolica University in Peru. She has 12+ years of professional experience in Peru and other Latin American countries designing and implementing different communication strategies and development projects for the third sector.

Fabiola has also a deep understanding of Peru’s governmental and political institutions as per her working experience with five Peruvian ministries (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Social Inclusion and Development). Furthermore, Fabiola has worked together with several international organizations such as USAID, FAO, FICD (Inter-American foundation for culture and development), CONDESAN (Consortium for Sustainable Development in the Andean Region) among others. All this coupled with Fabiola’s friendly yet very professional working style makes her an invaluable asset for IFC-Peru’s team.
