TdH Romania asked for our help to develop a fundraising plan to help them access funds from private sector sources (individuals, companies and grant funders). This include four specific areas of work:
- Research to identify potential donors
- Developing suitable fundraising material, including a template proposal for corporates and a major donor Case forSupport.
- Training staff in fundraising approaches
- Developing a strategy for the next 3-4 years which will help them achieve their ambitions.

The project was led by our UK team, with support from our Ukrainian office, and used examples of success from Romania, Ukraine and other neighbouring countries to help TdH Romania develop the plan they needed to succeed.
