Janna Lee, Director of Philanthropy Operations, The Trust for Public Land
As the Director of Philanthropy Operations at The Trust for Public Land, a national organisation that creates parks and protects land for people in the US, Janna Lee oversees the philanthropy CRM. Her and her colleagues handle gift administration. as well as providing prospect research, portfolio management, and analytics services to 70 philanthropy staff across the country. Previously, Janna worked at Johns Hopkins Institutions in Baltimore as the Director of Relationship Management and Customer Support. In addition to this, Janna is a volunteer with Apra International and AASP. She has also served as president of Apra Maryland, and currently sits on the board of Apra Minnesota.

As well as Director of IFC US , Laurence Pagnoni is the Chairman of LAPA Fundraising. LAPA is an established firm celebrating 26 years that works to positively change the way nonprofit executives and their boards think about fundraising. Laurence was the executive director of three nonprofit organisations and has been a faculty member of New York University’s Heyman Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising.
