IFC Global Round-Up
From winning awards to taking on new clients, it’s been a busy time at IFC. Here is a round-up of what’s been going on around the IFC world…
US
IFC US is delighted to welcome the Baryshnikov Arts Centre (BAC) to its family of clients. Since 2005, BAC has served as a gathering place for artists from all disciplines, serving approximated 700 artists and up to 22,000 audience members annually. IFC US will work with BAC president and CEO, Cora Cahan to revitalise the organisation’s fundraising programme and provide interim leadership. BAC is excited to have returned to in-person events!
France
IFC France has undertaken a nine-month contract with the Foundation of Nausicaa, the largest aquarium in Europe, based in Boulogne-sur-mer, France. The foundation will raise funds to help save the ocean with innovative and ambitious scientific and educational projects. www.nausicaa.co.uk
IFC Italy is working with new client, International Center of Family Studies (CISF), part of a big Italian Catholic publishing group – San Paolo. CISF is a think tank which publishes an annual report on family and social and economic trends. The 2022 report focuses on the financial and economic effects of digital devices on families.
Italy
IFC Italy Director, Francesca Mineo was voted in as Chair once again at the EU Consult’s AGM. IFC CEO, Bill King has also taken on the role of internal auditor for the EUConsult. Francesca shall be hosting the next EU Consult conference in Berlin on 10-11 June. The conference is a hybrid event for civil society consultants. Find out more.

IFC UK has been particularly busy developing fundraising strategies for a number of clients including:
It has also been supporting Healthwatch to develop a template Case for Support for their local branches in the UK.
IFC’s new UK associate, Dominic Smith has also been working with North Herts College to help them fundraise for the STEM Discovery Centre to encourage children to be interested in STEM subjects.
IFC UK has also recently been recognised at the Better Society Awards 2022 as Best Consultancy of the Year.
