Funding News: Road Safety Project Grants Available from GEM

Road safety charity, GEM is inviting organisations including professional bodies and road safety groups to apply for grant funding to support work that aims to reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on the UK’s roads.

GEM is accepting applications until Thursday 31 January and are open to community groups, registered charities, foundations, professional bodies, road safety organisations, partnerships, and schools and colleges whose projects demonstrate a clear road safety benefit to the wider community at a regional or national level.

The Charity aims to support one or two projects annually with a total grant allocation in the region of £10,000.

Applications are assessed by the Board of Trustees, following consultation with GEM’s Executive Council and all applications should contain a plan, timeline and proposed budget for the project.
