What we did for them
The International Association of Ultra Runners contacted IFC Netherlands, as they were in need of guidance for corporate sponsorship. They wanted to ‘professionalize’ the marketing that was being sent out in order to attract corporate sponsors to not only help fund the athletic events, but also subsidize athletes from countries who couldn’t afford to support their runners to get to the meets.
The IFC hosted a marketing and fundraising workshop in order to thoroughly investigate our organization from the inside out and to understand completely what we wanted to achieve from the marketing and fundraising. The workshop not only was interesting, insightful and an eye opener to all of the Executive Council who attended, but also inspiring and action orientated. We finished the workshop understanding a lot more about the world of marketing and fundraising and what we needed to do in order to achieve our goals.
